We talk about how to handle stress through meditation, or exercise, and other ways. We have stories about how people talked to their partner and/or children about what’s happening, and plenty more to help you know that you aren’t alone, that the feelings you are having are normal. We aren’t mental and physical health experts, if you have real clinical issues, you should seek help.
